Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or other operational needs.

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Prohibited Uses

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Creating content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate
• Attempting to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Using the service for spam, phishing, or malicious activities
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Using automated tools to access the service without permission

Content Standards

You are solely responsible for content you create or upload. Content must comply with our community guidelines and third-party service policies (Google, ElevenLabs, etc.).

Content Upload Consent & Control

• You must comply with ElevenLabs' Terms of Service
• Voice generation is subject to ElevenLabs' usage policies
• You are responsible for obtaining rights to any voice models used
• Usage may be subject to rate limits and quotas

Subscription Fees

• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
• You authorize automatic renewal unless cancelled

Pay-per-use Services

• Google Veo and other AI services are billed based on actual usage
• Usage charges are calculated according to third-party pricing
• You must accept billing consent before using pay-per-use features
• Usage limits may be imposed to prevent excessive charges

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you create or upload
• You grant us a license to store, process, and display your content
• You represent that you have rights to all content you provide
• You are responsible for ensuring content doesn't infringe others' rights

Our Service

• musebase platform, software, and branding are our property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology
• Our service is licensed, not sold, to you

Generated Content

Content generated through AI services (voice, video, etc.) is subject to the intellectual property terms of the respective AI providers and applicable law.

Service "As Is"

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements or be error-free.

Limitation of Damages

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party services (Google, ElevenLabs) or their availability, performance, or compliance with their own terms.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations.

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, non-payment, or other reasons with appropriate notice when possible.

Effect of Termination

• Access to the service will be discontinued
